What if I feel nervous about the photo shoot?

Of course you do. It’s vulnerable to be seen—really seen.
But I promise, the nerves melt away the moment we begin. This is not about performance or perfection. It’s about presence.

With over a decade of experience photographing women, I’ve learned that the magic happens not in the pose, but in the drop. The moment you exhale, soften, and allow yourself to be held—that’s when the art happens.

Do I have to wear lingerie or be nude?

Absolutely not. This shoot is yours to define.
Before the event I will send you a guide on setting your INTENTION for the shoot. The intention of how you want to feel when you look at these images will help with your outfit choice. For example if your intention is to reclaim your sensuality and feel proud in your sexuality then you might bring sexy lingerie… If your intention is to feel joyous we might capture you in your favourite dress beaming with JOY. If you want to feel your tenderness you may choose to wear nothing at all. This event is purposely small so that we can talk this through before the day if you want to.

My boudoir shoots don’t mean bare. They mean brave.

What if I have no idea how to pose?

Perfect. That means you’re exactly where you’re meant to be.
I’ll guide you every step of the way—right down to your fingertips. You won’t need to think about a thing. I’ll direct you gently and help you feel empowered, relaxed, and exquisite.

Where does the shoot take place?

You’ll have your choice of two beautifully curated locations:

• An indoor boudoir setup with white linens and soft, natural light—elegant, minimal, and sensual.

• An outdoor natural setting, weather permitting—for those drawn to wind, earth, and the wild.

What’s included in the photo shoot?

• A guided mini shoot tailored to your intention

• Access to two set options

• 5+ professionally edited images sent to you digitally within two weeks

How long does the shoot actually go for?

The actual photo session will take just 10–15 minutes. That’s it!

What kind of movement do we do? Is it dancing?

The movement we explore is somatic—gentle, intuitive practices designed to bring you out of your mind and into your magnificent body.

It’s not a dance class. No choreography. No mirrors. No pressure.
You’ll move how your body wants to move—and that’s where the real magic lies.

I’m shy / introverted / new to retreats. Will I feel comfortable?

Yes, love. This space was created for softness.
You don’t need to be loud, outgoing, or “spiritual” to belong here. You only need to bring your truth—whether it’s bold, quiet, messy, or unsure.

Everything is optional. You’ll be met with warmth, respect, and zero judgment.

What should I bring with me?

• An outfit for the photoshoot (or not if you’re baring all) that makes you feel amazing

• Hairbrush and make up in case you’d like to refresh your look prior to your mini-shoot

• Your favourite perfume or oil to associate a scent with this experience

• A journal + your favourite pen/s

• Anything you’d like to add to the altar or closing fire circle (a crystal, flower, letter, etc.)

• Your beautiful self—just as you are

Can I come alone?

Yes of course! Sometimes I find its much easier to share when you don’t know anyone there. There’s a quiet comfort that comes from noone knowing you, your story. You can feel freer to share what is on your heart.
This is a perfect space to meet yourself anew and connect with like-hearted souls.

Where is the retreat being held?

The retreat is held in a private retreat space in Lennox Head, NSW—a magical, coastal gem nestled between Byron Bay and Ballina. Full address and details will be sent upon booking. If you are travelling from a far the best airports to fly into are Gold Coast (1 hour away) or Ballina (15 minutes away). A wide array of accommodation options are available in the surrounding areas.

Will we actually be sitting in a circle on the floor?

Yes… but not in the “awkward cross-legged at a yoga retreat wondering where to put your knees” kind of way.

Plush cushions, comfy throws—it will be a cosy, curated lounge of feminine softness. You’re welcome to sit however you please: sprawled, propped, perched, or wrapped in a blanket burrito. Chairs and lounges will also be available if that’s more your style.

The circle is symbolic—a space where no one is above or below, where we all show up as equals. But comfort is queen, and your body’s needs will always be honoured.

If you have specific accessibility or physical requirements, just let me know ahead of time—I’ll make sure you’re perfectly supported.

How many spots are available?

This is an intimate retreat with a maximum of 6 women, to ensure each woman is deeply seen, held, and celebrated.

What if I don’t feel as ‘beautiful’ as the women in your photos?

Ah, love… this is the very reason I do what I do. We are all SO UNIQUE! I know that every woman who walks through my door arrives with some kind of fear—I’m not photogenic, I’m too much, not enough, too old, too wobbly, too something. But here’s the truth: you are none of those things. You are ART.

The women you see in my photos?
They are mothers, teachers, creatives, introverts, survivors, givers, dreamers. And they all came in with the exact same hang-ups you're feeling now.

Please don’t let those thoughts hold you back.
